These Terms & Conditions apply to service requests, estimates, communication, and glove work performed by Murph’s Mitt Maintenance.
Service Requests and Estimates
Submitting a service request does not guarantee that work has started. After reviewing the request and any available photos, I may provide an estimate for the requested work. Estimates may change after the glove is inspected in person if additional damage, missing parts, unusual construction, or extra labor is discovered.
Customer Approval
Work generally begins after the customer approves the estimate and required details are confirmed. Approval may be provided by email, text message, or another written communication.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround times vary based on workload, service type, lace or part availability, shipping time, and the condition of the glove. Any estimated completion date is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete unless other arrangements have been approved. Shipped orders generally must be paid before the glove is returned unless a specific exception has been approved.
Shipping and Drop-Off
Customers are responsible for shipping or delivering the glove to Murph’s Mitt Maintenance unless other arrangements are made. For shipped orders, customers are responsible for providing accurate return shipping information. Murph’s Mitt Maintenance is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or shipping issues outside its control.
Glove Condition and Results
I will make reasonable efforts to improve, repair, clean, condition, relace, or restore the glove based on the requested service. Some wear, staining, fading, dryness, softness, cracking, or previous damage may not be fully reversible. Older or heavily worn gloves may have limits on what can reasonably be restored.
Photos, Social Media, and Customer Tags
Customers may provide photos to help evaluate the glove. I may ask permission to post before-and-after photos or tag a customer on social media. Customer-submitted social media information is optional.
SMS/Text Message Terms
By choosing to receive text updates, you agree to receive SMS messages from Murph’s Mitt Maintenance related to your glove service request or order. Messages may include order confirmations, estimate notifications, service status updates, pickup coordination, shipping information, and customer support communication. Message frequency varies by order. Message and data rates may apply.

No Marketing Texts
Text messages are intended for order-related communication and customer support. Murph’s Mitt Maintenance does not use text updates for unrelated marketing blasts.
