How It Works
Simple process. Professional results.
1. Submit Service Request
- Request service using the Service Request button below.
- Select the service(s) and lace color(s) you want, send photos of your glove (if you have them).
- You will receive an email with a summary of work requested with a quote.
2. I Restore Your Glove
- Once you agree to price and service requested, I will:
- Disassemble the glove
- Thoroughly clean, condition with the highest quality products from The Craftsman’s Works, then relace with only the best quality leather lace from Tennessee Tannery.
- If any other work is needed or recommended after disassembly, I will contact you before moving forward.
3. Game-Ready Return
- You will be contacted via email that your glove is ready.
- Payment and pick-up / shipping details will be coordinated. Gloves will not be shipped until payment is received.
- Tracking information will be provided in the “Completed” email for shipped orders.
